How to Use:

The blacker the better, and to not look like a raccoon hours after application? I’m in!!! I received in an IPSY bag, and threw it in my eyeliner bag along with 10 partially used OB’s
I did not have my lighter (yes, I’m old school) and used the PinkyB. To my surprise application went on smoothly with no heat, and after and nine hour shift, a coworker asked me what brand of eyeliner I was using because it had been on all day with barely a smudge. Great product!!!
I got it from a ipsy bag and the first time I tried it it changed my life. I will definitely repurchase I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to say it since its a small brand
