I got a Pinky B eyeliner through my Ipsy subscription (Dat Gel Eyeliner Tho) and loved it so much I wanted more, so I purchased it directly from the company. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong color, so I got on the chat and the representative made it right immediately by shipping out the correct product right away. Selfishly, I am glad I get to keep the "mistake" because I will definitely use it! Then I got a follow-up phone call the next day from a real person to let me know my new order was on the way. As a marketer myself, I fully believe mistakes won't break a brand if they are handled well through excellent customer service. For this and many other reasons, I fully support Pinky B and can't wait to try more of their products.
This is my all-time favorite eyeliner, I’m so glad to have discovered it! I get so many compliments on my eyes. It goes on so smoothly and stays on all day, comes off with soap and water too. Please keep making it!
I am a senior citizen and have loose skin on the eyelids but this liner goes on quickly and easily for me and I can make the line as thin or thick as I like!
This is the BEST eyeliner that I have ever used! I received a sample about a year ago and I make sure I always have another ready to go. Customer service is great, and they always send a sample of a new product. All around great experience!
